Do Dizzi shoes run true to size?

We recommend sizing down a half size from your standard sneaker. If you are a US size 10, order a size 9.5.

Will Dizzi shoes fit wide feet?

Dizzi shoes have a wider toe-box and can comfortably accommodate wide feet.

How do I return/exchange my order?

Dizzi Dance Co. offers free returns and exchanges. Email info@dizzishoes.com within 30 days of receiving your item to be eligible. Please include your order number, the reason for your return or exchange, and any proof of damage if applicable. 

A prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you. Your item must be shipped in its original packaging and in the same condition in which you received it; unworn or unused, with tags. Secure the shipping label to your package and ship back within 30 days of receiving your label. Exchanges or returns will be issued after inspection from our team.

Refunds will only be issued for items that were damaged upon arrival. Refunds will not be issued for shipping delays.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping rates within the continental US takes an average of 4-8 days. Shipping times can range from 1-3 weeks for international orders.

How do I care for my Dizzi Shoes?

Dizzi Dance Co. shoes were made to be resilient and thrive in both outdoor and indoor environments. To clean your Dizzi shoes, we recommend using a dash of baking soda mixed with warm water and applied with a rag. If you choose to wash them in the washing machine, we recommend placing them in a mesh garment bag and washing on the gentle cycle using cold water.

Can the insoles be replaced?

Dizzi insoles can easily be removed and replaced at any time.
